Babe made a beeeee line to TGV

It was the 1st day of school break, it was Bee movie, and it was Babe's first movie outing.

Babe was totally mesmorized by the LARGE TV, eyes were totally glued to the screen, watched all the previews and DiGi ads.
10 mins into the movie, it's a knock out for Babe.

She stayed cradle in my arms, sound asleep till the end of the show.

Way to go Babe!!!

Next show, Enchanted.

Let's Celebrate the children

Last night was the night the N2 (nursery 2) kids celebrated their year spent at Chiltern House, and it was celebrated in the most dramatic way. Well fit for a drama school and for 4 years old.

For weeks, mommies and daddies have been frantically looking for plain colored round neck short sleeve tee for the kids. Now that sounds easy eh, simple. No so.
Apparently, all the parents have gone to BVII to shop for the tee, none to be found. So much so that even the shop owners would ask if you're looking for a colored round teck tee the moment you stepped into a BV shop.

Anyway, that was ALL the parents knew about what's gonna happened at the concert.

Unlike a typical pre-school concert where staging of concert at a rented public convention hall is the norm, Chiltern House hosted the celebration in-house, in the most glitzy and personal approach. I thought that was really charming and it touches theheart of everyone, teacher, kids and parents. Even the props and accessories were done by the children themselves. I bet the kids didn't know the crafts they made in class would be their own costume :D

So show time, 2 N2 classes (AM and PM). Each class perform 3 pieces (1 drama, 1 musical and 1 mandarin piece).

Joshwa's class (Pat's N2PM) did the 1st mandarin piece (小鱼), then the music piece (7 Jumps) and finally the drama piece where the class recite "At the beach" by John Foster. The N2AM class did 3 different pieces. This is where it moved me to tears. There are only 3 kids in Joshwa's class (Ryan was down with chicken pox). Imagine 3 four years old went on stage to sing and dance. It must have required a whole lot of courage to do that. Imagine us adults presenting to a big group of strangers at a seminar (same thing).. So , here's another round of cheer to the 3 kids for their courage and encouragement to each other. They made it! Bravo! (Yeah, no one cried, and in fact, they all had loads of fun too).

I'll be posting the pictures here soon, of the 3 incredible kids from Pat'sN2.

Proud Mom.

Mom^2 (mom square)

I have been away a long time, first to get ready for the new baby, then to have the baby, and then to change and feed the baby.

Baby Caitlyn was born July 2, and she's now a pretty little thing.

Instead of introducing her all over again, which I have done so numerous times elsewhere, here's the photo album of my little caitie-pie.

Caitlyn 0-3 Months

We used to call her Caitie the Caterpillar when she came home from the hospital, all bundle up or swaddled.
Now she's grown into a beautiful butterfly, and now affectionately known as "Babe" to all of us.

Caitlyn adores her brother and will stare and smile at Josh each time he speaks to her.
Josh loves his little sister to the max, and sometimes just couldn't stop smooching her.
Looking at them, makes my day and makes me midnight milking woes all forgotten.

anyway, just want to say, i'm back.

The Yellow Man

The DiGi Yellow Coverage Fellow is fast becoming an icon. Just about all kids love this adorable fella.

I bought Josh some breadrolls from the bakery at D'house (DiGi HQ). He somehow liked them.
I told him those were specially made for him by the Yellow Man.

Josh on where the DiGi yellow man would be, when Yellow Man was not tailing someone on the street..

"He is baking the DiGi bread, delicious".
